Who is responsible?

Krysa Esports, based in the Netherlands, is responsible for the club information we collect through krysa.club and our club communications. Contact us at Contact@krysa.club about this notice or your data.

Newsletter

If you subscribe, we use your email address and subscription status to send the KRYSA club emails you requested. WordPress.com processes subscription confirmations and delivery. Subscribing is optional and based on your consent. You can withdraw it using the unsubscribe link in any newsletter; withdrawal does not affect earlier lawful processing.

Contact enquiries

If you email us, we receive your email address, any name you provide and the content of your message. We use these to respond and manage your enquiry, based on our legitimate interest in communicating with people who contact the club, or to take steps you request before an agreement. Contacting us does not subscribe you to the newsletter.

Website and service providers

The site is hosted on WordPress.com. WordPress.com and Jetpack may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser details, cookies and interactions to operate, secure and measure their services. Our contact mailbox uses Gmail. These providers may process data internationally under their applicable arrangements. See Automattic’s Privacy Policy and Google’s Privacy Policy for provider details.

External links

Following our Discord link takes you to a separate service governed by Discord’s privacy policy and terms. You choose whether to create an account or share information there. We do not ask you to provide a Discord account to receive the newsletter.

How long we keep information

We retain newsletter information while your subscription is active and as needed to record your preferences or meet applicable requirements. We retain enquiry messages while needed to answer and follow up, resolve related issues or meet legal obligations. You can ask us for deletion; service providers may retain records under their own applicable policies.

Your choices and rights

You may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of your information where applicable, object to processing based on legitimate interests, and withdraw newsletter consent. Email Contact@krysa.club. We may need to verify a request. You can also contact the Dutch Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens or your local supervisory authority.

Member giveaways and events

Club membership is used to identify eligible members for random member draws. If a prize or event requires additional information, we explain what is needed in that activity. Joining the club does not book a place in a tournament or event.
